Very bad experience

Horrible airline, changed times on both sectors. Second sector was delayed by 11 hours which caused me to change my connecting flights and I had to book a hotel. Changes cost over $400

4 hours delayed outbound and 2 hours inbound

Torrible experience, 4 hours delayed and nobody announced about it or apologised! This was 9 July London Luton- Chisinău Chisinău- London Luton on the 14July was torrible too! 2 hours delayed and again nobody announced about it. The most terrible was when half of the language got stuck on the line appendix and the staff were useless to identify it!!! We had to wait for 1.5 h. Thanks one of the passengers had an Apple sensor that literally was confirming the language was a few feet away. Staff were suggesting however that the luggage was possibly forgotten in Chishinau and that the passengers had to report missing luggage. Terrible! Please change the departure for earlier and sort out other issues… Tickets very expensive too.

Zborul a fost la timp. M-am simțit foarte confortabil. Personalul a fost amabil!!

Sur-facturation et ne servent pas de l'eau à boire

La compagnie m'a facturé 42 euros ma valise à cabine. Et c'est la première fois que rencontre de pas servir de l'eau simple pendant le vol. Mais le prix est pas lowcost

Nu am putut găsi poarta de inbarcare.

Dacă ar fi posibil să scrieți terminalul și poarta de îmbarcare.
