Disappointing Service

Aeromexico changed our flight times multiple times between the making of the reservations and the flights. Then, of our 4 flights, only one was on time. We were always afraid of not making our connecting flights. And, on our last flight, the overhead bins were full, so the flight attendant pointed me to a bin 7 rows further back. I am an almost 80 very short (under 4'9") woman, and really struggled to get my bag up there. She just watched me, not smiling, and doing nothing whatsoever to help.

Nightmare in Mexico City airport

Our flight from Cancun to Mexico City arrived on time no problem. We had a 3 hour wait but after about 2 and 1/2 hours it was delayed by 2 hours. Then later it was delayed again. Finally a few hours later it was canceled. They fed us at a horrible American restaurant and gave us vouchers for free axis and put us up at a hotel. We got to the hotel at about midnight but had to get up at 5:30 to be at the airport 2 hours before the 9am flight. At about 8 am the delayed the flight until noon. They were very nice a gave us preferential treatment but then had to wait about 45 minutes in the plane while they refueled the plane. Finally made it home to San Antonio.

Good company really nice service the food they give you could have a vegetarian option but other then that good

They are the best airline I can take when I go to Mexico

They are a good airline to use, however they are a bit cheeky sometimes and have to be careful with the hidden costs... not always but just be careful. I had to change my flight as they moved my itinerary and was too tight.. they wanted to charge me for that although they changed my itinerary, luckily I managed to change without incurring fees.

The best airline int the world

I want to thank you all the amazing Aeromexico crew for the kindly, respectfully, friendly and the best travel experience I ever had. They treated extremely well from the beginning to the end. It is the best airline in the world.
