Eurowings baggage policy
Passengers flying with Eurowings must respect the carrier's baggage policy. It's worth checking the baggage before the planned departure. Hand baggage and checked baggage must not exceed weight and dimension limits. The acceptable dimensions depend on the selected route and booking class. Passengers may use other services related to their Eurowings baggage, however, this may be associated with additional baggage fees.
Booking classes at Eurowings
Eurowings offers different booking classes. The services depend on the route and the carrier. Lufthansa one offers 4 different travel classes – Economy, Premium Economy, Business, and First Class. Germanwings offers 3 different options. BASIC is the cheapest one, the ticket price includes only the flight. Passengers can use other services, however it's additionally payable. SMART class is related to attractive prices and some additional services, such as more comfortable seats. BEST class is the most expensive one, it's very luxury and comfortable, the conditions are similar to business class services. Online check-in
When it comes to flights with Germanwings, passengers can check-in online from 72 to 3 hours before the planned departure. Eurowings check in online option is also available for passengers travelling with Lufthansa. In this case, they can check-in online from 23 hours before departure. Eurowings fleet
The carrier's fleet consists mostly of Airbus A319, A320, and A330, as well as a a Boeing 767-300ER. The company wants to develop the fleet and focuses on modernity and security. Therefore, Eurowings airlines are safe and reliable. The largest aircraft of the Eurowings’ fleet is Airbus A330-200 which offers seats for up to 335 passengers. Eurowings continues to modernize and unify the fleet by replacing its 23 Bombardier jets with Airbus A320 that is twice the size.

Horrible
Because the flight was late we missed our connection flight. And had to buy a new flights and stay in a hotel. No one wanted to help my brother and my underage son. They just told them it's not there problem. Horrible service.

Very bad experience at the gate in Dusseldorf. Omur Kas was extremely rude to me in front of my son and fellow passengers. He made an announcement that nobody could here and then he called people from group 2 to come to him with the hand luggage. He stuck a label on my stroller and when I asked what is this for, he just said: leave it in front of the aircraft. I was trying to explain as I cannot leave it, as it contain my son food and medication as he has a severe allergy. He just shouted at me and I just couldn't believe my ears the way he was talking to me in front of everybody. He said: if you want it you have to buy group 1 very upset with me....I tried to explain that I am first time with this company and I don't know what is hf talking about. He then ripped that label of my troller and just turn saying things.....I asked what was his name and couldn't believe that this is happening to me. He turned to me laughing saying: this is not my name.....As first time travelling with Eurowings I had a very sour experience bearing in mind I was travelling alone with my son and paid quite a lot if money for that ticket.
