Bad experience
Not good : both flight 1 hour late . No explanations. My suitcase staid in Sofia instead of going to destination: Palma . I had to wait 3 days to have it !

Extremely old aircraft with even less space for legs than usual.

Very nice service
Though it's a small plane, it's not uncomfortable, the service is very good, they offer food and drinks included in the price. We had a bottle of water on our seats as a treat. The staff is very kind and professional.

Impossible to add luggage over phone / email before the flight. Very difficult to add luggage once at the airport. No counter for payment, had to go to Travelex
