Outrageous disappointment

After taking your company for 5 times in last 2 year, I was charged without informing for 2 kilos of overweight that I could have taken care of this and tu designate fir the chair between 2 chairs in the plan it's complete disgrace!!!

Additional charge for trolls.

Hey. On the flight back from Chisinau, I was asked to pay an additional fee, extra, 30€ for two trolleys that met the size criteria. I have not received a response to this issue. On the flight from Tel Aviv to Chisinau, there was no problem. I would like an explanation for this. Additional charge for trolls.
