Baggage nightmare
All my flights including my return to Sydney flight I’ve had 20kg baggage , arriving at the airport I had to pay 90 dollars for my excess baggage plus then an extra $65 at the gate , surely there could of been some consideration the fact I’d already paid $90 ! For a 45 min $60 dollar flight

Horrible.
The line was over and hour long. Was only allowed to check a 15kg bag and had to pay ¥7500 because my bag was 20kg. Who would check a bag that is only 15 kg?! That is the size of a carry-on!!! I will never fly Jetstar again!

Our flight has been cancelled due to high winds. Even if I totally understand that Jetstar has nothing to do with this, the management of the announcement and rescheduling of the trip was really poor.

Had no cancel our flight because a 11h delay ans book another one ourselves. They just gave us some vauchers for food. Really disappointed. They said we will get a full refund. Hope it's true.

The staff on my flight stode down the back of the plain a giggled and told stories the hole flight like little girls and where very loud
