Booking classes
The Airlines Ukraine offer flight classes: Business, Economic Premium and Economic. The most privileged passengers are business class passengers, except for the right to larger checked and hand luggage, they can enjoy access to business lounge services at almost every airport with, the possibility of free change of travel dates and others. Premium Economy is a flexible economic class. The advantage of it is the free opportunity to order special meals, a guarantee of receiving free two servings of meals, snacks, coffee, tea, juices, the greater weight of checked and hand luggage. Passengers of this class are sitting in comfortable, spacious seats with additional legroom, seats are folded down to a semi-reclining position, they receive a personal travel set, which includes a blanket, socks, ear plugs, and an eye mask. Thanks to monitors mounted in seats, passengers have access to entertainment. Economy Class is the cheapest form of traveling in basic conditions and with paid catering.

Kiev Borispol airport
Kiev Borispol Airport is the most popular and the largest international port of Ukraine. It is located 29 km from the city center. In the terminals, there are restaurants, cafes, several shops and three companies providing services in the field of car rental. In the VIP boxes, there is wireless access to the Internet, access to the network is also within terminal B.
Refreshments
From March 2014, the lines introduced the sale of meals onboard. They offer passengers a wide selection of snacks and drinks as well as hot dishes. Free meals are available on long-range and business-class routes. The carrier will prepare special meals, for example dietetic ones, on request. For charter flights’ passengers, meals are ordered by the tour operator.
Additional services

Unsatisfied
Good morning, We ask you compensation for flight delay. We, Inga Zuravliovaite and Viktorija Charkovaite, on 27th of February have connected flights from Delhi to Vilnius (though Kiev). We had 5 hours delay in Delhi plane and 2 hours longer trip to Kiev. As we need back home to Vilnius we stuck in Kiev till 2.30 p.m. It means we lost whole working day, business meetings. Moreover, We waited in the plane in Delhi for 5 hours without food and only once they suggested water. After 5 hours we had 9 hours flight from Delhi to Kiev. In total 14 hours and we got only once time to eat and few times water. Is it normal? As client we are very unsatisfied with this airlines.

UIA Airlines
It is not unusual that there are delays with UIA's, I had business class tickets to Kharkov, but because of such late delays at Gatwick, most people's connecting flights were missed, including mine. I slept in the airport lounge & was able to get a flight the next day to my final destination. I needed to return to the UK prematurely for genuine reasons, but UIA airlines were not able to give me the early flight I needed, so ended up paying another airline company to get me home, but delays in getting there due to the Gatwick drones (which no-one could have expected) caused further problems. Poor information as usual, customers not being supplied hot meals only a sandwhich & bottle of water. I always know that some disaster or other is expected when travelling with UIA, but as my wife is Ukrainian I need to travel there when I can.

Авиакомпания отказалась решать вопрос. Возмещение из 2 билетов составило 36%.... Никогда не буду больше покупать билеты на Украинскую авиалинии!!!

Slaby komfort meczaca podroz
goraco i ciasno w samolocie, opóźnienia i zla organizacja. Byliśmy na lotnisku 2.5h przed odlotem ustawiajac sie do odprawy a finalnie bieglismy na pokład.
