Luggage
You can take hand baggage onboard of Qatar Airways flights. Its dimensions and weight are determined by the airline and may vary depending on the booking class or route. Booking classes
Passengers in the Economy Class can count on comfortable seats with spacious leg room, pillows and blankets as well as electric sockets, an interactive audio-video system and WiFi onboard the Boeing 787 available at each seat. For children and adults a wide range of films, games and music is prepared. In the Business Class, the travellers have spacious seats that can be completely unfolded and used as a bed. In this class, passengers are provided with the conditions to work thanks to large space, privacy, power sockets for laptops and, on board the Boeing 787 – WiFi. During the flight, snacks and dishes of the best chefs are served. A comfortable bed and individual service await the first class travellers. The airlines care about the quality of service in every detail, from meals served by world-renowned chefs to the travel set signed by Christian Dior. Onboard, dishes of the best chefs are served.
Online check-in
Online check-in is available at most destinations. Usually, check-in is possible from 36 hours to 90 minutes before the scheduled departure. Mobile check-in – using the special application you can check-in using your phone. The application is available for Android, iOS and BlackBerry systems. Check-in at the airport usually begins 3 hours before departure and ends one hour (for passengers of economy class) or 45 minutes (in business class) before the scheduled departure.

Hamad International Airport
The Qatar Airways database is located at Hamad International Airport, which is situated in the capital of Qatar – Doha. At the airport there is the Qatar Airways business lounge Al Mourjan Business Lounge. Passengers have at their disposal an extensive menu, family rooms and quiet room, where you can relax before the upcoming trip. Depending on your needs, travellers are provided with monitors and WiFi workstations or game rooms where you can relax, among others with Formula 1 simulators. In 2014, for the second time, airlines were honoured with the SKYTRAX award for the best business salon.
Refreshments
For the travellers of Qatar Airways there is a menu prepared by four outstanding chefs from different parts of the world. You can try both Arabian delicacies as well as seasonal salads, meat dishes, desserts and snacks here. The lines also offer special meals, prepared on request, for e.g. gluten-free, diabetic, low-lactose, kosher, etc. Special requirements should be notified at least 72 hours before the flight.
Additional services
Persons with disabilities or those in need of special care should report such a need when booking a flight or at least 48 hours before the departure. The guide dog can travel in the passenger cabin only on routes to or from the USA. For other routes, the animal is transported free of charge in the luggage hatch. For children there are sets of movies, games, crayons, colouring books and sweet snacks. Parents of younger children can count on a set of diapers, wet wipes etc.
