Not very happy with the Air line

The flight down was good. We boarded quickly and efficiently and everything went well. Return flight in contrast was dreadful, starting with a puddle, literally, on my allocated seat I wiped up with tissues I fortunately had to prevent holding up boarding. No idea what the fluid was! Then after ferrying over to take off the pilot announced there was a fault. Then water? from one of the toilets at the rear started to run down the aircraft floor! We arrived in Edinburgh over two hours after our expected arrival time after most of the airport had closed down, long corridors to walk down and lots of stairs, and there were no trams. I am extremely grateful to the pilot, but my feeling about the flight home was that nobody was bothering with checks of anything, housekeeping or engines, and that that sloppy attitude really put me off flying Ryanair.

6 hours past schedule from stansted to Bergamo ! Landed 0100 and no taxis at airport waited till 400 to get taxi to Bergamo to my hotel ! Really bullshit

Such a disappointment

Every flight so far has been delayed. I bought this flight for my elderly to visit and he flight was so delayed that he didn't return to his him until after 2am in the morning. He consequently was so exhausted by the ordeal that he had to spend the whole of the next day in bed. I could not be more disappointed not to mentioned concerned for his health.
