Billund Airport
Way way better experience than Manchester, mainly due to the staff. Engaging, friendly, relaxing, polite, efficient. Lots that Manchester people could learn from.

Easy to find everything
When we arrived, we easily found tourist information desk. Because there was a gap between our flights, we asked for information how to get to Billund, just wanted to fill the time between 2 flights. Lady at tourist desk was very friendly. Food in Cafe Square was delicious

Totalny bałagan, brak profesjonalnej obsługi informującej pasażerów o działaniach po stwierdzeniu odwołanego lotu. Jeśli ktoś nie wie sam co ma zrobić jest totalnie w.... Oferowany hotel pomimo zapewnień nie dysponował nawet kolacja....
