THE FLIGHT WAS GOOD,STAFF LOVELY BUT ON ARRIVAL TO NEWARK MY SUIT CASE WAS BADLY DAMAGED,THE WHEELS WERE BROKEN OFF AND THE PULL UP HANDLE WAS BROKEN,I HAD TO GO AND BUY A NEW CASE .I HAVE TRAVELLED WITH UNITED SEVERAL TIMES AND NEVER HAD ANYTHING LIKE THAT HAPPEN.THE BAGGAGE STAFF NEED TO TAKE MORE CARE OF LUGGAGE ,I HAVE ALREADY WRITTEN TO UNITED IN DUBLIN REGARDING THIS.APART FROM THAT EVERYTHING ELSE GOOD.

Change of terminal without notification
The terminal was changed without any notification. My online notification listed Terminal A. However, when I received my boarding pass, I noticed that the plane was boarding in terminal C which is at the opposite end of the airport.

NO GOOD to have to get luggages myself and register AGAIN for the following flight
long to wait in lines ... Seemingly that airport makes it complicated for travelers... No one could have their luggages follow the trip by themselves... and doing security another time there is HAWFUL .
