Airport Ottawa Macdonald-Cartier

We arrive an hour ahead of schedule no issues getting on the sterile side... after seeing the board turn yellow for delays after 2 plus hours of delays it was cancelled so we get in line on the sterile side to be the next in line for the car's to say we are escorting people back to the main queue and be rebooked when all the employees are already downstairs......extremely annoying and frustrating because we lost almost 3 hours of delays we could have been booked earlier and still made our destination. Instead we were rebooked via air canada to a flight that ultimately was cancelled its self and everything else was full so we were forced to fly out of montreal instead of Washington and spend our own money on a hotel to make sure we made our connection in the a.m the next day.... so we missed the opening of our event and was very unimpressed with the attendants at the CSr's. Oh and vero compensation from both A.C or united

ponieważ miałam przesiadkę w Ottawie to ocenię niewiele-obsługa ok;mało knajpek i kafejek-wybór niezbyt duży;brak większej oferty dla Europejczyków;za to poczekalnia jest b.dobra;nie ma hałasu więc nawet po długim locie można odetchnąć;jest dobrze ale stolica musi troszkę popracować nad resztą-nie ma się wrażenia ,że to lotnisko w stolicy Kanady tylko takie niszowe;ale dają radę! :)
