Caracas
Caracas, the capital of Venezuela, is located in the north of the country, 11 km from the Caribbean Sea coast. Home to about 1.9 million people, the historical center is filled with colonial landmarks such as the cathedral and Casa Amarilla. Surrounding it are modern districts with high-rise office buildings, as well as Waraira Repano National Park. The climate is tropical, with a dry season from December to April, making this period the best time to visit. Discover the city's rich history and its industrial backdrop.
