Gatwick in storm ciara
Terrible. No airline staff during 9 hour wait, nowhere comfortable to sit, nowhere to plug in a charger and no information updates. At one point we were directed to go to a gate, stood queuing for the flight only for a member of airport security to advise it had been a wrong message and send us back. We also got sent to several gates all over the airport, walked for miles
