Aeroflot
The Russian regional carrier with the characteristic flag of the country on the Aircraft is Aeroflot. You could have heard about the airline as early as 1932 when the Soviet Union founded national airlines. All the planes in the country were affiliated to this organization, which was directly subordinate to the USSR government. Thus, Aeroflot was the largest airline in the world, relying mainly on domestic aircraft production. After the collapse of the Soviet Union, the prosperity of Aeroflot ended, and the company broke up into several hundred smaller companies that operated within individual airports. Aeroflot Airline in the form we know today has emerged based on the carrier that, right after the collapse of USSR, was offering the international flights marked by IATA with the SU code. Today, not many people will ask: Aeroflot - what kind of airline is it? Airplanes with the Russian carrier's logo can be found on almost all continents. They operate flights to many cities in Europe, North and South America, as well as Asia and Africa. Many flights are also connected with Russian cities.
