New, clean and efficient.

CARDIFF / DUBLIN. Was charged £40 on return for my baggage, event though it was much under the weight limit. The Baggage checker was much smaller than hand luggage checkers used by other Airline carriers. Flight was quite expensive at €157.67 for 40 minute flight each way. I request that I am reimbursed £40 luggage tarriffe. Baggage was ok from Dublin to Cardiff, even though I used the same Case "Carry on Luggage" on return, where did the discrepancy arise to charge the £40. As I was very up-set by this incident, I forgot to discard a 500 mil bottle 1/2 full of Water, ok it was detected at customs check,, I apologised for the error. I then asked a lady staff member for a drink of water from the bottle before she discarded same, she refused to let me have a drink form my bottle, and further more went on to say "she did not trust me" but I would spit out the water on her face........... how insulting could this be. She had not regard for a Customer. You do not treat people like that in 2019. Joan
